Seasonal Frittata (S) This is a fabulous tutorial on how to make a frittata using the ingredients you have on hand. During this season when produce is abundant, this is something wonderful to whip up for breakfast, lunch or dinner….or snack. I made this particular frittata with sausage and sprinkled cilantro on top.
Hashbrown Casserole 1 lb crumbled cooked bacon 8 eggs c ea onion & green pepper 2 c milk 3 c shredded cheese 16 oz pkg thawed frozen hash browns 350 greased 9 x 11 casserole dish. Cover with foil & bake 45 min.
Easiest breakfast in the world -- HOOTENANNY (Or Oven Pancake): Blend up 1 c. white flour, 1 c. milk, 6 eggs, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan. Then, pour 1/2 cube melted butter over the top (do not mix). Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Cut in pieces, drizzle with Maple Syrup, serve.
