1 can of Chickpeas-4 tablespoons Raw Organic Honey-1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder-1 tablespoon Coconut Oil-4 tablespoon 50% Cocoa Dark Chocolate Chips-Cinnamon to taste..Rinse chickpeas thoroughly, blend in until smooth. Heat honey, coconut oil, cinnamon in microwave for 30 seconds - blend in with chickpeas. Poor in to bowl, add vanilla protein powder, mix with spatula/hands. This will now be dough consistency. Add in chocolate chips. Roll in to cookies. Bake on 350F for 25 minutes
