    I only pinned bc the math is wrong. It would take 7000 jumping jacks! Not 1000. Thats 10 sets of 700! Weight loss is not easy, make sure the facts are straight before you post these work out memes. It's discouraging and misleading for ppl really trying to lose weight.

Grab your weights and work your arms! I suggest two pairs of dumbbells: one set that is 3-8 pounds and one set that is 10-20 pounds, but use whatever challenges you without forcing you to quit early.

I always do mountain climbers as a sub for jumping jacks- my knees seem to agree with them more!

Starting Ten- maybe something to do in the morning to get the blood flowing then a harder workout at night? Or vise versa depending on what you like.

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. Before shower workouts are a very good idea. one step closer.

Flexibility is SO important for overall fitness, but undoubtedly THE most overlooked component of most people's plans.

That's a lot of jumping jacks... but do-able - splitting it up into 200 a day, it would just take over a month or so. Splitting that up into 100 morning, 100 evening... quite do-able. Combining that with other cardio, some weight training and eating a little healthier... possibilities are endless!
