basic meatloaf ~ easy to change up from hear.... change the seasonings to change the flavor, change the crackers to leftover (cooked) rice / quinoa or crushed tortilla chips (cheap salty ones are best), change up milk & ketchup to preferred flavor or whatever is on hand (marina, salsa, pesto, crushed tomato). other add ins: steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pesto, bbq sauce, taco sauce... the list goes on and on.... and i chop my veggie add ins VERY small - some options: onion, tomato, bell peppers, poblano peppers, mushrooms, black beans, celery, carrots, cauliflower, spinach (i puree first with "sauce stuff" then mix in together. favorite seasoning / herb options: garlic, onion powder, pepper, salt, lawry's seasoning salt, coriander, chili powders, paprika, oregano, basil.... (not all together... but i change it up often) :D
