Shrimp and Wild Rice Casserole Recipe-I made this tonight and it was very good with a few additions. Sautéing 1.5 lbs of shrimp with 2 teaspoons minced garlic and olive oil. Adding 1/2 red pepper, celery and shallots to green pepper and butter. Finally topping off with 3/4 cup panko w/2 Tbls butter and parsley. Next time I'll try cream of celery soup or a golden garlic mushroom.
