I love this salad/dessert. Although I do mine backwards. I put jello first, let it set, then I put the cream cheese filling and the pretzels. That way the pretzels don't go soggy at all and stay nice and cruchy!

Lemon Brownies - tried for a lemon lover in the family. had to add a bit more lemon juice to get it pucker perfect. the brownie part was a little bland, the glaze (with the extra lemon) was wonderful on top
