Oreo Truffles: Need b1 18 oz chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed, 1 8 oz cream cheese, 1 lb white chocolate. Combine crushed cookies and cream cheese. Beat with mixer on low speed until well blended. Form 1 inch balls by hand. Dip in white melted chocolate then place on wax paper and chill until firm. Simple to make and great to eat.
