You wanna train for a Spartan race? Here's how I train: 5:30 am wake up and put your running vest on. Run 2 miles to the gym. WOD: 3 rounds of 10 toes to bar, 20 (20lb) ball slams, 30 box jumps, 40 (35lb) kettlebell swings. Run 2 miles home...in the rain. That is workout one. Workout two to follow this evening....train hard.
