Tomato Cheddar Pie - Make it Low Carb - "Layers of fresh tomatoes, cheddar cheese and a basil cream cheese blend make up the luxuriously rich filling...." That got my attention!! One to turn into a Low Carb dish - sub the crust (or without) and for filling it calls for a bit of sugar..easy!
tomato and cheddar pie ... secret to keeping tomato pie from getting too soggy: cornmeal layer at bottom? + letting cool for at least an hour (even though it seems impossible not to eat right away!). (thanks #bonappetit)
