Relaxed Roman valance...is it on a tension rod? I like the idea of spanning the cabinet openings with warm fabric.
I think I will try using Velcro instead of hot glue, plus it needs to be lined with a white sheet.

Roman Shades: ingenius use of the blinds as the skeleton of the shade leaving the cord mechanism in tact. Must do this! I'd like to improve on the assembly, not happy just to glue the blinds to the fabric...
