Peanut butter walnut protein banana muffins. Recipe: in a food processor, combine 2c oats, 1t baking powder, 3 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder. Add two ripe bananas, 1t vanilla, 1/2c honey, 3 eggs and 1c creamy peanut butter. Then stir in chopped walnuts. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350F for 12-ish min. I didn't time them, but they're done when they're golden and a toothpick comes out clean. I made this recipe up as I went, so I would add cinnamon too/
