1 Egg

Condiments

1 can Tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Pasta & Grains

1 1/2 cups Rice, cooked long-grain

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
2 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin

Dairy

1 tbsp Butter
1 Cheddar cheese, mild

    Ness's Stuffed Green Peppers...4 medium green bell peppers, 1# ground beef, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1.5 cups cooked rice, 1 tsp seasoned salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 32 oz spaghetti sauce. Mix beef, onion, rice & seasonings. Hollow green peppers & stuff with equal portions of beef mixture. Place stuffed peppers in crock pot and cover with spaghetti sauce. Cover & cook on low for 6-7 hours.

    Stuffed Green Peppers 4 bell peppers 1 lb. lean GB ¼ c onion 1½ c cooked rice 1 t seasoned salt ½ t pepper 1 jar spaghetti sauce Mix ground beef, onion, rice, and seasonings well. Cut tops off of peppers and hollow out any seeds. Stuff peppers with equal portions of ground beef mixture. Place stuffed peppers in Crock Pot, cover with spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook on low 7 hrs on until ground beef is cooked through and pepper is tender.
