    1/4 cup Chives, fresh
    3 cups Corn, fresh
    2 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley
    4 Fresno chiles, red
    3 Garlic cloves
    1 Lemon
    2 tbsp Lemon, zest
    8 cups Orange, yellow
    1/2 cup Red onion
    2 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
    1 tbsp Sage, fresh
    3 tbsp Thyme leaves plus, fresh sprigs


    1/4 cup Capers plus
    1/4 cup Lemon juice, fresh

    Baking & Spices

    1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
    2 1/3 tbsp Kosher salt
    1 Kosher salt
    1 tsp Red pepper flakes

    Oils & Vinegars

    1/2 cup Olive oil
    1 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin
    2 tbsp Red wine vinegar

    Nuts & Seeds

    1 cup Pistachios, unsalted
