No bake peanut butter energy bites. I used raisins instead of dates. I didn't have flaxseed or sunflower seeds so I used wheat germ instead of flaxseed and after I rolled them I rolled them in wheat germ to coat. So good! Kids loved them.
I have a similar recipe to this that I got from my Grandmother. These might be a little healthier. Will have to give it a try! These dark chocolate coconut bites look like cute truffles and require just four ingredients. 130 calories of natural sweetness.
