    Healthy Chicken Tortilla Casserole: made this...not amazing by any means, but a good easy dinner that I'm planning to make again. I think I'll add an onion and cook it with the pepper before adding it to the casserole next time. UPDATE: added the onion...liked it. add salt if you're using no salt soup.
