CROCK POT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE Ingredients: 1 32 oz. bag of frozen southern style hash brown potatoes 1 lb. of bacon cut into pieces, fried and drained 1/2 cup diced onions 3/4 lb. cheddar cheese diced 1 dozen eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard salt & pepper Directions: 1. Layer the frozen potatoes, bacon, onions, and cheese in the crock pot in three layers. Finish up with cheese. 2. Beat the eggs, milk and mustard, salt &pepper; together. Pour over the whole mixture. 3. Cook on low for ten to twelve hours
Crock Pot Chicken & Gravy: 2 chicken breasts 1 cans cream of chicken soup 1 envelopes of chicken gravy mix hot steamed rice Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Before serving break the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Serve over hot steamed rice.
