Holy smokes. This may be the best crafting tip of the month. "print out the font you want and place wax paper over it. Trace letters with puffy paint, let dry, then use mod podge to secure letters to canvas, etc. Brilliant."

Elmer's glue on canvas. Then paint the whole thing one color. Amazing. This would satisfy the artist in me, since I long to be able to draw/paint - but can't. ^_^

3D embroidery on canvas; make a design with rope and cover with embroidery thread

Directions: 1.Use ANY canvas 2.Apply stickers or decals (they can be easily found on Amazon and some are reusable!) 3.Spray a light coat of paint over the Canvas and stickers using spray paint. Remember several light coats is better then one thick coat! 4.Remove decals 5.Hang white lights behind it.

Tutorial on how to replicate this painting. Very cool, and you could use whatever colors you wanted. I'm a little intimidated about drawing/painting the branches though. :)
