Frozen Smoothie Packs Great idea for fast and convenient smoothies throughout the week! Cost efficient too!

DIY Smoothie Packets; freeze yogurt ahead of time in ice-cube trays or muffin tins. Add frozen yogurt to ziploc baggies with your favorite fruit; freeze packets until you're ready for a smoothie and then just blend contents of a smoothie packet with water, juice or milk for a yummy smoothie.

Smoothie I used just short of a cup and half of fruit for each bag and 3 yogurt cubes.

I do this all the time- pre-frozen yogurt and cut fruit for smoothies- makes it much quicker to make a smoothie when I'm trying to run out the door
