Chicken katsu curry

Wagamama Chicken Katsu Curry. Tastes nearly exactly like Wagamama's one! Made a few changes to this recipe - 3 tbsps of curry powder, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp garam masala, salt and pepper to taste. Had no bay leaf so omitted that. At the end, after simmering the sauce, I blended everything instead of sieving it. It was like eating in Wagamama's - no lie.
