BREAKFAST MUFFINS.Breakfast Muffins - basically any diced veggies,meat, or cheese you want in a regular muffin tin, cover with few eggs beaten with a bit of milk. Bake 325 x 30 mins, check doneness with toothpick. 1 tsp breadcrumbs in bottom of tins if desired for "crust." Keep in fridge, microwave x 30-45 secs.
Canned Cinnamon Roll Waffles: Heat up your waffle maker and grease it with a bit of non-stick spray. Separate your rolls then place them into a Belgian Waffle Maker. Close the lid and press down slightly. Set the timer for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes. Tried these they were perfect!
Breakfast Quiches: chop up and layer cooked bacon, a medley of fresh veggies, and shredded cheese. Whip up 6-8 eggs with milk and add 1tsp of flour. Pour mixture on top. Bake for 18 mins at 350 and you have a healthy on-the-go breakfast for the week!
