I've tried this once and it didn't quite cut how I wanted it to but practice makes perfect. :) I'm planning to make candle holders and maybe jazz them up with some lace around the trim or other fun, cute fabrics. You can also use mod podge to attach fabric and make some cool little holders for your treasures. Soak cotton string in acetone (nail polish remover), wrap 5-6 times around bottle and tie. Working over sink filled with cold water - light the string on fire, turning bottle until flame starts to die, plunge into water - bottle should break.
