Asparagus and Ham Casserole - I made this with prosciutto instead of ham. This was GREAT! Very light - I used whole wheat rigatoni pasta, whole wheat flour, whole grain bread, and skim milk. I doubled the recipe and there were NO leftovers. Will make again! 10 Stir-Fry Recipes under 300 Calories I tried the turkey stir-fry but used chicken instead. Didn't do water chestnuts because I didn't think the kids would like them. A little spicy with the red pepper flakes, use less if you don't like spicy. Served w/brown rice. We all LOVED it.
