These are the homemade Sloppy Joes my family loves. 1 lb. ground round, 1 lg. green bell pepper- chopped fine, 1 lg. onion- chopped fine, 1 1/2 cans reduced-sodium tomato soup; whole-wheat buns. Cook the first 3 ingredients until meat is browned & vegetables are tender. Drain well & return to frying pan. Add the tomato soup to beef & stir well. Simmer for 10 min.
