kill mold!!!Mix 1 teaspoon of tea tree oil per 1 cup of water. Spray onto the surface with mold and allow to dry, do not rinse. This will kill the mold spores without creating harsh chemical fumes as other cleaners, such as bleach, would.
Magic Window Cleaner: No towel drying, no streaks, no spots! Fill an empty spray bottle with: 1 tablespoon liquid "Jet Dry" 3 tablespoons blue Dawn dish soap Fill to the top with water, shake. Spray your wet windows with the solution, scrub all over with a sponge, immediately wash off, that's it!
CLEAN JETTED TUB 1. Fill tub with hot water to a couple inches above jets. 2. Pour in about a half cup of bleach and a tablespoon of powdered cascade dishwashing detergent 3. Run the jets for 15 minutes with the air knob thing open all the way so it gives the highest turbulence 4. observe gunk and try not to choke 8] 5. empty tub 6. Refill with cold water to above jets 7. Run jets to rinse - 10 minutes Do this twice a month.
8 oz. (1 cup) of warm vinegar 8 oz. ( 1 cup) of Dawn put the vinegar in the microwave for about two minutes to get it warm. Then mix vinegar Dawn in spray bottle. Spray Dawn vinegar mixture on the glass scrub with sponge, doesn't take much. Give final wipe down with glass cleaner.
Get rid of shower soap and scum: Worked VERY well. Smell is strong but it gets the shower and grout clean! *Heat 12 ounces white vinegar in microwave until hot and pour into squirt bottle, then mix with 12 ounces Dawn dish soap shake. Spray let sit for an hour. (may use more vinegar than soap)
Clean Towels . . . works great . . . found another suggestion to add 2 tsps dawn dishwashing liquid to vinegar load. Doesn't seem necessary, but good to know. Be aware - dryer sheets build up residue on towels over time.
