    Amazing idea! I can hardly wait to try this :-) Coconut Milk Pops, as Yadsia of Honest Cooking describes, are easy and so good. Use light coconut milk and mix with a little honey, then freeze in ice pop molds for a really amazing treat when you're craving ice cream.
