MOCK DANISH 2 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1 egg 1.5 – 2 tsp Splenda (**count against artificial sweetener count for the day) 1/2 tsp Vanilla dash of cinnamon 1 TBS Ground Flax meal (optional) Mix all this together with a fork and cook it in the microwave for 1:45. Topping: 1 TBS Butter .5 tsp Splenda Dash Cinnamon Place ingredients in the glass cup or bowl and cook in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Pour over the mock danish. Enjoy! low carb chili doritos: ¾ cup almond meal ¼ cup of flax seed ¼ cup of coconut flour ¼ cup of unsalted butter (can use salted but the chip will be more salty) 1 large egg 1½ tsp of chili pepper spice (use more if you like it extra spicy) 1 tsp of onion powder ½ tsp of cumin ½ tsp of paprika ½ tsp of salt
Cilantro-Lime Jalapeno Chicken Salad in Avocado cups! (low carb - yes!) - it was tasty - I think next time I'll put in more Jalapenos because it wasn't very hot. Good flavor but less savory than other chicken salads I've had.
