MOCK DANISH 2 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1 egg 1.5 – 2 tsp Splenda (**count against artificial sweetener count for the day) 1/2 tsp Vanilla dash of cinnamon 1 TBS Ground Flax meal (optional) Mix all this together with a fork and cook it in the microwave for 1:45. Topping: 1 TBS Butter .5 tsp Splenda Dash Cinnamon Place ingredients in the glass cup or bowl and cook in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Pour over the mock danish. Enjoy! Low carb tortillas are a staple in my kitchen. I not only make quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and breakfast burritos with them but they make a great crust for skinny pizzas. Just add olive oil and garlic then your favorite low fat cheese and veggies. Toast in the oven or in a skillet. How much do you love me right now!?
