Low carb tortillas are a staple in my kitchen. I not only make quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and breakfast burritos with them but they make a great crust for skinny pizzas. Just add olive oil and garlic then your favorite low fat cheese and veggies. Toast in the oven or in a skillet. How much do you love me right now!?
