Apple Pie Smoothie: 5 almonds, small red apple, a banana, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, milk, sprinkle of cinnamon

Power breakfast: 1 ripe banana, 1 c. ice, 1/2 c. Greek yogurt w/honey, 1/4 c. raw oats, 1/4 c. almonds. Blend and enjoy! (200 cal, 7g fat, 5g fiber, 6g protein)
