I like both of them equally. I like Pilates for the core strengthening moves and yoga for the balancing postures, sun salutes, shoulderstand and meditation. I also find that some moves crossover into both like bridge or crisscross. Pilates is good because you are building strength through controlled movement while yoga builds strength through static holds.
