There's no holding an Andean Condor! The Andean Condor's wingspan is on average about 10.5ft. It matures at 5-6 years old and recorded to live (in captivity) up to 100 years. It resides in South America, primarily in and around the Andes Mountain range. It is threatened from lost of habitat and secondary poisoning from hunters. Several nations have conservation breeding programs, hoping to save this great bird.
