3D Shapes Poem - my daughter (k) picked this one up very quickly , she thinks it's very silly soda used to be called "pop"

Help kids understand three dimensional shapes with tasty treats! Have them identify, sort, and add kisses, marshmallows, cheese cubes, and whoppers!

3-d geometry. Vertices = marshmallows. Edges = toothpicks. I've tried this before..kids love it but I put all materials into individual baggies before hand to avoid any problems which took a lot of time but made the activity go smoother

3D-Shape Unit: Anchor Chart, math journal prompts, 3D shape pictures of items in that category (make PP), activities.

3D Food Geometry: Each student gets a sandwich bag of 6 food items (mixed assortment) Hershey Kiss=Cone Marshmallow=Cylinder Cheese=Cube Whopper Candy=Sphere Kids count, add, graph, and compare what they had in their bag with their peers.
