HOLY MOLY it was good! Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. Wowzers!

Crockpot Italian Chicken....I just love crockpot recipes..so nice to just leave it all day and have dinner ready without a lot of work in the evenings. My Verdict: It was ok...we didn't love the taste, pretty rich and a little "fake" tasting. I might add some milk or something to tone it down.
Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Pasta - This was a HIT! but very rich so best served with lots o veggies or as compliment to a salad. Also, I cut the cheese (tee-hee) back to 1 cup moz and 1/4 cup blue - helped a LOT with the richness. And definately use Franks original BUFFALO sauce!!
Crock pot Mac & Cheese- 16 oz. elbow macaroni 4 cups milk 12-oz. can evaporated milk 8 oz. cream cheese 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese Instructions: Place the macaroni, milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese and cheddar cheese into a crockpot. Set heat to Low and cook for 3 to 4 hours, or until pasta is cooked through. Stir occasionally and check for doneness.
