Turtle Bar Bites | 2C Flour, 1C Brown Sugar, ½C Softened Butter, 6 oz Pecan Halves. {Topping} 2/3C Butter, ½C Brown Sugar, 10 oz Bittersweet Chocolate Chips. Blend flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press into a 9×13-inch pan & top w/ pecans. Cook & stir butter & brown sugar to a boil. Boil 30 sec. Remove from heat & pour over pecans. Bake 20 min & top w/ chocolate chips.  Bake 30 sec-1 min longer.  Remove & spread chocolate into an even layer. Let cool & cut into squares.  | Mele Cotte
