We leave the bags under our tree until we can drop them at Goodwill or a service center.  After we give the old toys away, we go inside the store and each child gets to pick one 'new' toy to take home. Cut the Ribbon To Christmas.  My kids never went past the ribbon.  The would sit and wait.  They would wait until my husband and I came out and "CUT THE RIBBON TO CHRISTMAS!"
