Homemade peach frozen yogurt for a hot summer night. SO easy: 2 cups frozen fruit, 1 6 oz. container yogurt. Chop/blend in food processor. I used peaches and peach, also good are strawberries and vanilla yogurt. I did have to add about 1/2 cup of soymilk to thin it a bit as my food processor isn't the strongest.

strawberry greek frozen yogurt // pretty good. i used only 2 tablespoons of sugar, but added some heavy cream as it was a bit icy. added chocolate chunks to one container of it, which was definitely smart. i think in the future i might want to start with vanilla yogurt?
