4 pieces Country ham


1 cup Baby arugula
1 Bay leaf
4 sprigs Flat-leaf parsley
6 sprigs Thyme, fresh
1 Yellow onion, large
1 Yellow squash, small

Canned Goods

1 Soup
2 1/2 cups Vegetable broth

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt
1 Sea salt, Flaky

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

Bread & Baked Goods

1/2 Baguette


2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Goat cheese, creamy


2 Small leeks--tops removed and set aside, stalks halved lengthwise and thinly sliced (about 1½ cups)
7 Young, tender yellow squash, coarsely chopped (about 8 cups)
