Put pork in slow cooker on low for about 7hrs with a can of enchilada sauce. Pull out pork with a slotted spoon and shred with cake mixer for quick shedding. Heat up tortillas and fill with meat and a little juice (you can add rice, beans, onions etc.) roll burrito and place in oven safe dish, add more juice and shredded cheese bake until melted, add more juice if desired. Serve with rice, beans, chips, salsa
Crockpot Roast (italian/ranch/brown gravy) Boneless Roast,3 packets +1/2 cup water+ two onions, cut into big hunk (I browned in iron skillet first...later added steamed potatoes/carrots before serving, to soak up juices) THIS WAS PHENOMENAL!!! Tender and plenty of wonderful gravy. EASY!
My husband talked about this for two days - 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Chicken on bottom - Stove Top over chicken, Cream of Chicken/Sour Cream mix on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low. Trying this right now!! Try adding broccoli after the chicken for an all-in-1 meal.
Slow-cooker Cube Steak ~ cube steak – amount you need, 1 large family-sized can of cream of mushroom soup *or* 2 regular cans, ½ packet French onion soup mix (too salty with a full packet). Pour half the soup in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place cube steak in. Sprinkle with onion soup mix & remainder of soup. Cook on Low for up to 12 hrs or on High for 5-6 hrs. **UPDATE: Made this, turned out great! Will make again. #minute_steak
Heaven in a Crockpot - 1 box Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix, ½ cup butter, melted, 4 eggs, 1 pouch Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix. Mix it all together. Cook about 3 hours on low. Top with vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips.
