1 Bay leaf
1 Cilantro and lime
2 Onions, large

Canned Goods

2 cups Vegetable or chicken stock


1 tbsp Chipotle pepper sauce

Pasta & Grains

1 White rice, Cooked

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Allspice, ground
1 tsp Cayenne pepper, ground
2 tbsp Cooking oil or lard
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 Salt an pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Red wine vinegar


1 pound boneless goat, mutton or lamb, cut in 1 inch cubes

Jamaican Goat Curry Goat meat is the best! Why not goat curry? It was one of my favorite Jamaican foods growing up in New Jersey, along with those awesome meat patties the street hawkers would sell on corners in New York City.
