Sour Cream & Bacon Chicken (Crockpot) - Wrap 4 chicken breasts in bacon. Mix together salt, pepper, 1/4c flour, 1/2c sour cream, 1 can condensed roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup. Pour over chick and bake in the crockpot for 6-8 hours on low. Double recipe for 8 chicken breasts.
Simply mix 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish. Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. - this was really good. It's going in the weeknight rotation.
