Summer Elderflower Drink Ingredients 2 parts elderflower syrup (available at all IKEA stores and online at L’Epicerie) 2 parts club soda 1 lemon 1 bunch of mint 1 to 2 parts gin to taste (for an alcoholic version of the drink)
