4 Chicken breast halves (1-1/2 to 2 lb.), boneless skinless


2 tsp Chipotle
1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh
1 Lime (about 1 tsp.), zest of
2 cups Tomatoes, ripe


2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

1 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin


4 Scallions (white and green parts), thinly sliced
