So, perform simple yoga poses to widen, tenderness, decrease pressure plus pain in the knees. Top 9 Yoga Poses For Knee Pain:- 1. Janu Sirsasana: Sit on the ground with diagonally extended legs. Breathe in, stretch your torso upward. Achieve forward to take your right foot by both hands. Clasp the stretch for 5 seconds plus switch sides. Do again 3 to 4 extra times. 2. Child Pose or Balasana: Get down and sit back slowly, carry your tailbone downward to your heels. To avoid the feeling of stretch in knees use a yoga block otherwise a blanket below your tailbone that decrease the pressure on your knees. Repeat 3 times. 3. Virasana: Called as “hero pose”. Stoop down and take a seat. Keep your arms on your thighs among the feet. Let go your shoulders. Do 9 -12 sets for 30 -60 seconds, every set. 4. Cobra Pose: Lie face downward and relax your forehead on the earth. Place your hands under your ribcage on either side of the body. Carry your legs jointly and push your fore toes on the ground.
