Clean Eating Garlic Spinach! -this was ok, not amazing. The shallot had a nice sweet flavor... Definitely need to use a whole bag or use less shallot if not using a whole bag of spinach. One large shallot for four cups of spinach is WAY too much shallot!!! Cost was $2.47. Enough for just me with a small serving left over. Daniel didn't eat any...but spinach is full of iron so good for me to eat!
