Eat and drink clean!! Makes a huge difference. Try to only eat the foods and drink liquids that are the most beneficial to the body. Also try to avoid over consumption of processed foods, sodas/sugary drinks, and alcohol. (It's very difficult to burn the calories on these and near impossible to burn off the calories from alcohol).

I don't eat "clean" necessarily but sure try to eat as few packaged foods as I can. I God knows I love to sweat. A long day on the doubles court, covered in grass stains and dirt smudges makes me giddy!
