Eat and drink clean!! Makes a huge difference. Try to only eat the foods and drink liquids that are the most beneficial to the body. Also try to avoid over consumption of processed foods, sodas/sugary drinks, and alcohol. (It's very difficult to burn the calories on these and near impossible to burn off the calories from alcohol).
