Root beer pulled pork sandwiches: +++++ Great taste; this is the first pulled pork recipe that I have succeeded at, so I'm pretty stoked. I added a couple cloves of minced garlic, a little bit of butter and two different types of BBQ sauce just to add some flavor, but I loved how sweet this was. Maybe I'll try some brown sugar next time.
Another pinner said: Holy Fall comfort food wonderfulness! This was such an easy meal, and it was packed with warm goodness of BBQ pork and sweet potato! I used skinless boneless pork chops, since that's what I had on hand, and is a little healthier. It just came out a little more like chopped BBQ instead. I will absolutely make this again.
