I just took this out of the oven -O.M.G...it's amazing! I used frozen green beans, and skinless breasts, cuz it's what I had. YUMMMO!!!! Easy - One meal in one dish. And I've always got potatoes in the basket and green beans and chicken in the freezer. :)
Rachael Ray's Cream Pasta- I made this when I didn't have much time to get something together after work. It was really good! The first Rachel Ray recipe that I have tried and really liked. It is very easy, pretty cheap and delicious. I will be adding chicken in the future to give Jason a hearty meal. We both really liked it just as is though so feel free to do what sounds good to you.
4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9×13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
