Baked Crab Rangoon: 12 Won Ton wrappers in mini muffin tins filled with mixture of 1 can (6 oz.) white crabmeat, drained and chopped 4 oz. softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise, finely slice chives, fresh ground pepper to taste. Garnish with a sprinkle of chives. Bake 15-20 min. at 350 degrees until lightly golden and warm. YUM!

Crab Rangoon Dip! - soften 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese in microwave> add 2 cans crab meat, 1/2 cup sour cream, 4 green onions chopped, 1 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce, 2 tbs powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp lemon juice - mix all ingredients and bake for 30 mins at 350. Serve with hot chips or fried wontons.
