Apple Cookies hcg phase 2 Apple Cookies Ingredients Pulp from 1 apple 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon vanilla powder Stevia to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice Directions: Mix pulp from 1 apple, Mix with stevia and spices and form into cookies (1-2). Bake the cookies for approximately 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown.
Combine in crockpot: 2 chopped Pink Lady apples, 1 1/2 c skim milk, 1 1/2 c water, 1 c whole grain oats, 3 tbs brown sugar, 2 tbs butter, 1 tbs cinnamon, 2 tbs ground flaxseed. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours (overnight). Stir in 1/4 tsp kosher salt into the oatmeal just before serving. If desired, serve with additional toppings of dried fruit or nuts.
I made this last night...i cooked too long and dry by the time i served it. No more than 7hrs (i used cooked hash browns to get the crispiness) needed! previous pinner said "Crockpot Breakfast Casserole - this was delicious! I used only one bag of hash-browns and set my crockpot to warm and let it cook for about 8hrs overnight. I used the square frozen hashbrowns instead of the shoestring kind."
