@Marissa Hereso Kinzie Crock-Pot Potato & Kielbasa Chowder. This was so good but probably any soup with cheese and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream should be good! I think I will try half and half next time to cut down on the fat but we loved this soup. Even the kids liked it!
Cook a whole chicken in a crock pot, cheap & easy. rub w/butter, season with whatever you like, cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours. Option: put balls of aluminum foil under chicken to keep it up out of the juices in the bottom so it turns out like rotisserie chicken. Put bones & skin back in pot, add water & cook 4-6 hours on low to make chicken stock.
