Vegan Quinoa & Sweet Potato Chili - Made this 4/24/13, I loved it! I used chicken stock, so it wasn't really vegan. I was concerned it was going to be too "chili-powder", it smelled so strong, but I think because it's not tomato sauce based, that made it more mild. We did avacado and cilantro on top, a must. Also added some shredded cheese.
