Such a smart classroom setup! 1)WOW Wall, bulletin board featuring some of each student's best work, so not neces the same assignment, 2) super homey reading area with books organized by topic and/or author, 3) book "check-out" system where all students have an envelope and "check-out card" where they write the name and date of a book they are taking home from class library for pleasure or an assignment..helps keep books from disappearing, 4)"I PICK" I choose, Purpose, Interest, Comprehend, Know

Need to figure out how to print this so I can put it on my bucket I carry around everywhere!

Camping dramatic play- A great idea for bringing the outdoors in, especially during the winter months when camping is months away. Adds to the room as well making it feel more like home rather than a classroom. Did this set up with children in the gym for the day, they loved it!

reading corner---inflatable pool, fill with blankets and pillows..

love the letters and canvases together!!!! I can do this

A nice, efficient way to display what's important to your class. If the students are older, the teacher can write one example and the students can write their own "we do..." statement.

Chart that keeps kids accountable for books they’ve “checked out” to read. Most teachers have spent a lot of their own money to supply their classroom libraries. I bet books are less likely to get lost this way.

Rules of the classroom...so easy to make...with an old board, black matte paint and a paint marker...assuming you have whimsical penmanship!
